• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiting your session fee.

• All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept payments through insurance or self-pay (credit/debit card or HSA/FSA)

• Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

 

5. No Guarantees

Results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from our nutrition consultations or programs.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, videos, and downloadable materials — is the property of Jose Guzman RDN LLC, DBA Viva Real Renal Care and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
